1:1 Personal Training
While there is a benefit to group training, this doesn’t allow for the specific goals and needs of an individual to be met, especially taking into consideration past medical history and pre-existing conditions.
Nutrition & Assessments
Nutrition is 80-85% of getting fit. Whether you opt-in to get Nutrition Coaching as an In-Person member or as a Nutrition Member, we will set nutrition goals & habits along with meal tracking & planning to measure progress and wins.
Many personal trainers perform standard assessments taking a whole session or more. This is unnecessary, where you are assessed with each training session.

Athlete
Physical and mental conditioning to increase proficiency in sports. Focused training including but not limited to Plyometric, SAQ (speed, agility, and quickness), and Resistance training concepts.
Shaping & Toning
Reduce the appearance of body fat by tightening up the muscles and giving them shape.
Cardio
Cardio exercise, which is sometimes referred to as aerobic exercise, is any rhythmic activity that raises your heart rate into your target heart rate zone. This is the zone where you burn the most fat and calories.
Strength
Strength training (also known as resistance training) is a type of exercise that causes your muscles to contract against an outside resistance. The outside resistance can be from your body weight, weight machines, medicine balls, resistance bands or dumbbells.
Core
Specific exercises to strengthen the muscles of your core. This includes muscles in the front, sides, and back of your midsection, as well as many muscles that you can’t see. Improves functional fitness.
Weight Loss
Your weight is a balancing act, and calories are part of that equation. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity.
