A personal training session is 30 to 60 minutes.

1:1 Personal Training

While there is a benefit to group training, this doesn’t allow for the specific goals and needs of an individual to be met, especially taking into consideration past medical history and pre-existing conditions.

Nutrition & Assessments

Nutrition is 80-85% of getting fit.  Whether you opt-in to get Nutrition Coaching as an In-Person member or as a Nutrition Member, we will set nutrition goals & habits along with meal tracking & planning to measure progress and wins.

Many personal trainers perform standard assessments taking a whole session or more. This is unnecessary, where you are assessed with each training session.
